Product processing technology:Adopting well-known domestic and foreign brands such as Taiwan's new generation and Guangshu CNC systems, with dual channel bus absolute and dual program control, channel 1 and channel 2 can simultaneously process structures of different sizes and shapes at both ends. For example, the diameter of 66 * 5 and the length of about 2 meters can be processed at both ends of the oil cylinder. The traditional processing technology includes welding the cone surface at the bottom of the cylinder, taking the total length, machining the steps, centering the cylinder head, and drilling the side oil hole. The CNC double head turning center combines all traditional processing technologies to process both ends at once. Multiple process programs are controlled to automatically connect and complete the processing. The processing time is about 2 minutes and 30 seconds, and the efficiency is 6 to 8 times that of traditional technology. Due to the allowed processing time, employees can operate 3 to 4 machines at the same time.

The longitudinal and transverse sliding guide rails are treated with plastic coating, which has good seismic resistance and wear resistance, greatly improving the rigidity and stability of the machine tool.
